About Me
I’m a lawyer, entrepreneur, and blogger who is best known as the founder of LexBlog, a platform that provides a professional turnkey blogging solution to lawyers, law firms, law schools, bar associations and other legal organizations.
I have been involved in the legal industry for over thirty years, first as a trial lawyer in Wisconsin for seventeen years and afterwards as a pioneer in the use of technology enabling lawyers to help people and grow their businesses through the Internet.
I’m a graduate of the University of University of Notre Dame and the University of Pacific, McGeorge School of Law.
Seattle based LexBlog, founded in 2004, has grown to become the premier blogging platform for professionals, worldwide, serving over 25,000 professionals and the three largest law firms in each India, China and the United States.
In addition to my work at LexBlog, I’m a frequent speaker and commentator on building a niche practice through the Internet, legal technology and the future of the legal profession. I have been recognized as one of the “Fastcase 50,” a list of the top innovators in the legal industry, and have been named to the ABA Journal’s “Legal Rebels” list.
Can’t forget to mention I have a yellow lab, a golden retriever and five children, all living in Seattle.
